CONTRIBUTION AND PARTICIPATION OF FMIPA UNTAD IN MUSABAQAH TILAWATIL QUR'AN ACTIVITIES (MTQ) XXX CENTRAL SULAWESI PROVINCE LEVEL 2024

Located in Tadulako University Field, Musabaqah Recitation of the Qur'an (MTQ) XXX Central Sulawesi Provincial Level was held this year. MTQ XXX with the theme "Moving Together to Improve the Quality of Superior and Religious Human Resources towards a More Advanced and Prosperous Central Sulawesi" will last for a week starting on 20 – 26 July 2024.

The implementation of the XXX MTQ at the Central Sulawesi Province level in Palu City is a routine event held every two years. This activity has several important objectives, which is to protect the glory of the Qur'an, expand the spread of Islamic teachings, and build the welfare of the people. other than that, MTQ also functions as a means to realize shared values ​​in society.

The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Untad also showed enthusiasm in this activity of preserving and developing the art of reading the Al-Quran. “FMIPA really welcomes this activity, Also because this activity is one of the provincial level activities, FMIPA is taking part in providing the necessary facilities such as the FMIPA hall which is used as a venue for one of the Syarhil Qur'an competitions in this year's MTQ activities.. other than that, "Other contributions such as installing welcome billboards for MTQ participants and also participating in clean-up activities and involving FMIPA section head staff as committee members in organizing this activity". At the MTQ activities held in the Untad environment this year, MSME stalls from students and alumni also participated, FMIPA is no exception. FMIPA students took part in the largest number of stand fillers 25 managed stand.

Mr Maskur, S.Si., M. Sc as Head of the Entrepreneurship Development Division hopes that this MTQ activity will be held at UNTAD, UNTAD can be better known and increase student interest in entrepreneurship.
