The aforementioned Student Organizations Management are selected from, by and for students in the faculty, majors, a particular study program or community. The implementation of the selection and determination of the management of the student organization is generally held once a year for each period of management. The selection and composition of the management of student organizations are regulated by the student organization as long as they do not conflict with faculty or university regulations..

The policy pattern regarding student activities to be implemented at the faculty level is determined by the Student Executive Board (GOOD) and the Student Representative Council (DPM). Student unit at the Department and or Study Program level includes student activities related to the professional or academic fields.

The duties of the BEM and BPM administrators are operationally the translation of the Almamater's Insight which includes :

  1. Institutionalisasi namely emphasizing the importance of students as components of Higher Education to maintain the image of the Faculty / University as an alma mater.
  2. Transpolitisasi that is, it is an indication for students not to carry out practical political activities so that the unity and integrity of students as citizens of the community are maintained.
  3. Professionalisasi namely to provide an overview that students need to have a theoretical foundation and adequate skills in the field of science they are engaged in.
