Cheerful faces, good lecturer, Staff and extended family of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences appeared on Saturday 02 March 2024. On that morning, the FMIPA UNTAD extended family held an Outbound which was packaged in the form of a Family Gathering. This activity aims to increase togetherness and cooperation within the FMIPA UNTAD environment as well as to establish friendship between members of the leadership family, lecturer, laboratory assistants and faculty office staff, which is expected to have an impact on improving performance, increased achievement and responsibility in their respective work departments, so that FMIPA UNTAD produces increasingly good performance improvements, faster with increased quality.
This Family Gathering was a cheerful affair full of family. Employees and lecturers merge into one, without any differences between faculty and staff officials. The title is no longer used at events which also involve the families of employees and lecturers. Everyone looks familiar and comfortable mingling as one.
Dr. Lufsyi Mahmudin |, S.Si, M.Si (Dean of FMIPA UNTAD) said that this Family Gathering activity was held at Pangi Beach, What are you saying?, which aims to be very positive and useful for forming a creative mindset, as well as increasing emotional and spiritual intelligence in interactions.
This activity is also to raise enthusiasm and motivation to continue to be involved in formal and informal activities. Be more empathetic and sensitive to other people's feelings so that each individual is able to communicate well. Know how to learn effectively and creatively. Provides an understanding of the importance of good character, to develop the participant's quality of life with character and apply and set an example of good character to the environment
