FMIPA UNTAD PROCESSES TOWARDS DEVELOPMENT OF AN INTEGRITY ZONE

Integrity Zone (DAY) is a title given to government agencies whose leadership and staff are committed to realizing a Corruption Free Region (WBK) or Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Area (WBBM) through bureaucratic reform. This title is given as a form of appreciation for efforts and commitment in realizing a clean system and serving the community well.

In accordance with this mandate, FMIPA UNTAD formed a special unit to implement Bureaucratic Reform as an Integrity Zone within FMIPA UNTAD. The ZI work team at FMIPA UNTAD is divided into 6 work area namely Change Management, Management Arrangement, Arrangement of the HR Management System Apparatus, Strengthening Accountability, Strengthening Supervision and Improving the Quality of Public Services.

UNTAD's Bureaucratic Reform Team conducted internal monitoring and evaluation on Monday (22/7) to evaluate whether each work area has implemented the policy, plans and procedures for which he is responsible. According to Mother Wa Ode Sitti Musnina, S.Si., M.Sc. as Manager of the Public Service Quality Improvement area, FMIPA's challenge in compiling ZI documents is that several activities that have been carried out have not been properly documented, where these documents are the documents needed to complete the ZI document, and we have conveyed this to the Faculty leadership, and responded well. FMIPA leaders urge that in the future they be able to document every activity carried out at FMIPA starting from the attendance list, minutes and activity reports. Our hope is that FMIPA will proceed well in realizing FMIPA as a Corruption Free Area (WBK) or Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Area (WBBM) through bureaucratic reform, especially in terms of preventing corruption and improving the quality of public services.
